I grew up here, built a successful business crafting handmade four poster beds and have poured that same passion and craftmanship into building each of our cabins by hand. Whether it's your first visit or you're coming back for more, I'm always happy to help make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. 😎SUMMER ESCAPE TO THE COUNRTYSIDE - STAY IN OUR HAND-CRAFTED CABIN. Tucked away in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, our hand-crafted cabin is the perfect place to switch off, slow down, and soak up the simple joys of Summer 🏡INSIDE THE CABIN The cosy interior features a fully equipped kitchen with a mains-powered fridge, kettle, toaster, and a single gas hob for simple meals. Lighting and water are powered by solar batteries, embrace a sustainable off-grid experience. The water supply is located beneath the sink and can be refilled from the tap outside the ladies' toilets. Black Bridge's super king-sized bed that converts into a dining area for up to 4 people. While its weight may present a slight challenge, the task becomes easier with two sets of hands. If converting the bed proves too tricky, a beautiful hand-built picnic table outside can be used for meals during warmer days. Additionally a single under-counter bed is located at the far end of the cabin. 🔥CREATURE COMFORTS Keep cosy on cool Summer evenings with the indoor wood burner. Cook up a feast or toast marshmallows on the outdoor firepit/BBQ Toilets and showers are located just a few yards away from the cabin. 🌲OUTDOOR LIVING AT ITS BEST Enjoy Summer evenings in your private outdoor seating area, perfect for BBQ's or stargazing by the fire. For something extra special, take the canoe out onto the peaceful pond and enjoy the stillness and birdsong, your own slice of serenity... please ensure children and pets are supervised at all times. 🚶‍♀️EXPLORE THE AREA Set off on foot to explore nearby walking trails, including Offa's Dyke Path. Discover the charm of Hereford, with its majestic Cathedral, Black and White House Museum, and Indie boutiques. Tucked away in a peaceful rural setting, our place offers true countryside tranquility and surrounded by nature. You'll often spot local wildlife passing by and the sunrises and sunsets are nothing short of stunning Just a short drive or leisurely walk is the cosy village pub in Lyonshall. Perfect for a pint and snacks. If you're after more variety the nearby town of Kington has a great selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants to explore. There are plenty of beautiful walks right on the doorstep, especially if you're bringing your four legged friend. Offa's Dyke Trail which offers stunning views and a real taste of the local landscape. This is a place to slow down, breathe deeply and enjoy the simple things.
