Timberley House is a beautiful Georgian farmhouse sat with uninterrupted views across the South Downs and Amberley Castle. This stunning location is available to hire exclusively for family get togethers, celebrations, corporate entertaining, or team building exercises. There are plenty of spaces here to play, party or just be together, and smaller spaces to break out, read and unwind.

Bury is a truly beautiful village in the heart of the South Downs. Within walking distance there are some fantastic pubs and a farm shop. Just a short drive further and you will find more country pubs offering excellent food and drink. The South Downs is a wonderful area for walking, cycling and generally exploring the countryside. We are a short way from Goodwood Motor Circuit and the coast. Arundel is a beautiful historic town with many shops and cafes. Pulbourgh is around a 15 minute drive away and has a mainline railway station with links to London. In Pulbourgh you will find supermarkets, takeaways, shops, pubs and cafes. The best way to get around the local countryside is by bringing your wellies! The local area has to be seen to be appreciated. If you are venturing further afield, you will need a car and we have plenty of parking for everyone. London can be reached via Pulbourgh station and there are taxis available in town. Please be aware that Timberley House is a working estate in the countryside. Although peaceful and quiet, we have some tractors, farm animals and farm areas that guests will need to be aware of. The walking route on the Estate may be closed at any time for safety reasons.
