Located less than a 10-minute walk from the center of Exeter and a 20-minute drive from the Dartmoor National Park, it is next to the beautiful St Davids Church and cemetery. Townhouse Exeter is a Grade II-listed Victorian property modernized to provide guests with rooms with attached bathroom and free WiFi. Some rooms have feature fireplaces and all come with towels and free toiletries. This guest house is committed to use locally sourced fair trade, home made and free range products when possible. The antique shops and boutiques of Topsham are a 20-minute bus-ride away, and a wide array of water sports can be enjoyed in Exmouth. The M5 motorway is just over 10 minutes' drive away providing onward travel to Bristol and beyond. The major port of Plymouth is just under an hour away by car. Exeter University is 15 minutes' walk away and a 5-minute stroll from Exeter Central Railway Station. If booking with breakfast, our continental styled breakfast is served in-room, delivered straight to your door in the morning.
