Delightful lodge with an open plan living area containing a lounge, kitchen and dining space. Outside, there is a front deck with dining table and chairs and access to the shared grounds. There is parking for up to 3 cars at the front, side and rear of the lodge. The on-site facilities are available to guests at an additional charge and includes use of a heated indoor swimming pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room. Activities can be booked in advance in the pool such as Water walking, Aqua jets and inflatable jetskis for huge family fun. For our younger guests, there is a play park area and regular activities hosted by the holiday park. The park includes a wonderful woodland walk, picnic area looking out across Windermere and the scenic fells of the Lake District and a marina onto Windermere - younger guests must be supervised at this lakeside area. With lots of amazing walking routes in the area and many places of interest, Troutbeck 12 is a great base for a family break. **Please note we do not allow Hen/Stag parties or Groups of Tradespersons.**

We are situated between the villages of Windermere and Ambleside. A handy base to explore Windermere, Bowness, Ambleside and beyond. Bus stop located outside of the Park. With access onsite to the Lake marina and a short walk to 'Brockhole' we are ideally situated to access Windermere Lake. The World Of Beatrix Potter, Windermere Lake Cruises, The Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway, Lakes Aquarium, Windermere Jetty Museum, Dove Cottage & The Wordsworth Museum, Wray Castle, Grizedale Forest are just a few of the local near by attractions. Plenty of Lovely Country pub's, cafe's and restaurant's to choose from as well as options to dine on site. A range of shops nearby including Hayes Garden Centre and Lakeland Ltd as well as smaller independent retailers. A great base to discover amazing Lake District walks for all abilities.
