This large, double fronted Victorian house is situated in the pretty coastal town of Sutton-on-Sea just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Inside, the home is comfortable and generously sized, with two cosy living rooms, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area, and four inviting bedrooms upstairs (three doubles, one with an extra single bed, and an additional single room). The family bathroom includes a corner bath over a shower, and next to the family bathroom is a WC. Entertainment is on hand with Sky TV, and Wi-Fi, while the fully fitted kitchen includes a gas range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge/freezer. All bed linen, towels, gas, electricity, and central heating are included for your convenience. With its own garden and games room, it provides the ideal holiday base for any family wishing to explore. Mablethorpe, just 4 miles.
