From the entrance there is a good sized living room, with plenty of comfy sofas to relax on, catch a movie on the many that are available through Netflix the owner has provided. The open plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for staying in and enjoying meals together, but with so many good places to eat just minutes from the doorstep you could easily be tempted out for the evening. Upstairs are two bedrooms a kingsize double and twin beds provide a good night’s sleep, and wake up revived and refreshed from a shower in the family bathroom, the underfloor heating will keep those feet warm. Outside there is a private allocated parking adjacent to the property. Swansfiled park, can be accessed via the Avenue (next to Swansfiled park primary school) which is convenient for walking your four legged family member.
