Two Sails is a spacious, beautifully refurbished unique 4 bedroom property, it can be divided into 2 separate private living spaces. An internal door connects the Port Side to the Starboard Side. Very easy to find with off road parking. Only 15 to 20 minutes stroll from Brixham's bustling fishing harbour and within easy reach of fantastic beaches, South West Coastal Path, Dartmoor, Paignton Zoo and much more. Superb option for a large family or 2 sets of families/friends holidaying together. Outside patio with seating, terraced gardens with BBQ.

Neighborhood info

Brixham is a beautiful place surrounded by areas of outstanding natural beauty, the South West Coastal Path is within 15 minutes walk from Two Sails. Brixham is also still one of the few working ports left in the UK and if you like boats, you will love Brixham. The beaches are Shoalstone and the Breakwater, plus the coves at Fishcombe Churston and Elberry. There are also more within a short drive. There is fantastic scenery in all directions, whether you take a drive and cross over to Dartmouth on the ferry, take a drive along the coast or up to Dartmoor. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink, take a trip on the steam train or visit Paignton Zoo which is only 5 miles away. Two Sails is within 2 hundred meters of the local bus route and so easy to catch a bus to and from Brixham or further out to Paignton and Torquay and there are plenty of taxis in the area. If you like walking, the South West Coastal Path is only 15 minutes walk from the property and there are many fantastic walks in and around Brixham and beyond.
