A beautiful, newly refurbished, modern house, in walking distance of Abergavenny Town. Close to scenic and well-established walks, with or without hills. Tŷ Lafant has two good sized bedrooms, set up as a double & twin bedroom, with a shared family bathroom. It has an open-plan lounge/kitchen area with double doors leading to the back garden. The house has an outdoor patio and eating area, perfect for those Welsh, summer evenings. There are two private parking spaces at the front of the house.

Hi I’m Kelly, I have lived in Abergavenny for the last 7 years and prior to that grew up not too far away in the Brecon Beacons. I am quite knowledgable about the local area having grown up here and chosen to raise my family nearby. Tŷ Lafant was my first home with my husband Richard, which we now run together. It holds a lot of special memories for us and our children. We look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy your stay.

Abergavenny is surrounded by three mountains – the Skirrid, the Blorenge and the Sugar Loaf. The Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal and the River Usk are both in walking distance of the house. Abergavenny town is a short walk from the house along with various other amenities including a Waitrose supermarket. The house is a short distance from a bus route and has both a train station and bus station nearby. There are 2 private parking spaces at the front of the house which can amply fit 2 cars.
