This 300 year old cottage has many original features but with all the comforts of modern living and comes with own car parking space. Close to the coastal path to Berry Head or Fishcombe cove and you can catch the bus back to the square just a few steps from the cottage. In the evenings you can explore the local restaurants just a few easy steps away from the cottage. The cottage comprises of first and second floor above a photography studio, and is accessed from the street by its own front door. The stairs with handrail take you to the lounge with comfy sitting area, a smart HDTV, DVD, HIFI, books and games. There is a seated balcony overlooking the town square. From the kitchen at the rear of the property, there is a beautiful suntrap walled patio garden and barbecue area, with quality garden furniture. The sun stays all day in the garden and till late evening in the summer. It is also great for winter breaks and you will not be chilly with our easy to use gas central heating throughout. Just turn up the thermostat in the lounge and on it comes. There is also a feature electric coal effect fire in the stone fireplace to make it really cosy. The property comprises of 2 double bedrooms and a twin room with one full size single bed and one smaller single bed (suitable for child upto 12-13 years, or small person). The cottage has its own dedicated parking space in the harbour for the sole use of our customers, completely free of charge. Dogs are welcome at our cottage and cliff walks and dog friendly beaches are only a few minutes walk from the harbour.
