First Floor: Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed. Gas central heating, fuel, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot available. No smoking.. Enclosed rear garden with picnic bench. Small front garden with bench. Lockable shed for bikes. Parking permit for nearby car park (GBP 10 deposit). Visit England 4 Star.. This traditional Lakeland cottage enjoys an excellent elevated position in Keswick town centre, on a quiet lane with very little traffic. It is by the footbridge over the River Greta and into Fitz Park, perfect if you have a dog. Everything you need is minutes away; in just 200 yards you can reach shops, restaurants and pubs. The cinema is in the town centre and the lovely Theatre by the Lake is just a short walk away. Valentine Cottage has gorgeous fell views to fall in love with, and is furnished and equipped to a high standard, with double glazing and central heating and constant hot water. The park has a children’s play area bowling, putting, tennis court and cricket pitch and plenty of open space. Keswick leisure centre with its gym is adjacent to the park. Beautiful peaceful Derwentwater with its launch and lakeside walks is in easy walking distance. Free WiFi
