Our large and spacious ensuite bedroom is situated on the second floor (attic space) and has windows looking out over the rooftops, to the fields beyond. A perfect place to enjoy your breakfast and morning cuppa - just watch the world go by! There is a king size bed, large comfy sofa, TV, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space plus your own well stocked breakfast station with coffee and tea facilities. An iron and ironing board are also provided, as well as a hairdryer. Your very own space to enjoy and relax. It should be noted that The Roost is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, as the room is located on the 2nd floor via stairs.
We have lived in the area all our lives and love the city of Exeter. We share our home with a cat called Reggie (who you probably won't even see!) and a friendly little dog called Tilly who will always be pleased to see you :)

Valley House is located in a residential area, just over a mile from the city centre (on a direct bus route) and just over half a mile from the University. St David's train station is 1 mile away. There is lots to do locally - visit the vibrant Quayside, city centre or take a drive to the coast or Moors. We would love to welcome you into our home. Free on-street parking is available with weekday restrictions.
