Valley View Haven is a newly built apartment on the entire 1st floor of the house, accessed separately via steps and entrance door, with a keysafe. The apartment is furnished. There is an ensuite bedroom with double bed, and sliding door to the balcony, and views over the valley. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, which can be split into 2 single beds on prior request, at least 48 hrs before arrival. There is a large lounge/kitchen area with a breakfast bar seating 4, and access to the balcony. There is a large juliette balcony also. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, a sink and xtra cupboards. All the ceilings are vaulted for xtra space, with velux windows for xtra light. There is family bathroom with bath and shower in one.
We are 15 mins from numerous lovely beaches, incl Bigbury/Burgh Island, Bantham surf beach, South Milton, Thurlestone, Hope Cove, Salcombe, Soar Mill Cove. We are approx 30mins from Gara Rock, and 35 mins from Dartmoor. We are 15mins from access to the Devon Coastal Path. Manor Park is a Cul-de-sac and therefore quiet road on the outskirts of Kingsbridge. It is about an 8min walk into town. There are 2 parking spaces at the top of our driveway, which is quite steep and unsuitable for low-slung cars. Please take care when driving up or reversing down...watch out for the low walls on either side. There is also parking on the road, but please keep the needs of other residents in mind.
