This first-floor apartment has two bedrooms, a double and a single, along with a bathroom, a kitchen and a living/dining room. Appliances include a gas oven and hob, microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, and for entertainment there is a TV with DVD and Wi-Fi, and a selection of books. A travel cot and highchair are available and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a rear private courtyard garden with a gravelled area and picnic table. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, however no smoking allowed. Find a shop and pub in 0.1 mile. Note: There are seven concrete steps up to the front door and the garden is not enclosed. Valley View is a convenient apartment in a lovely area of Devon. Please note: bookings are for holidaymakers only, and we are unable to accommodate worker stays. Note: Changeovers are done on a Saturday only. Note: 4-night minimum stay required
