Here at Villa Farm our aim is to provide a high standard of accommodation and customer service to our customers to make their stay pleasant and unforgettable.

At Villa Farm we have 13 properties. Available to book via booking . com are 6 of our smaller properties sleeping between 2 - 5 guests. Please note that only Dove Cottage and Pheasant Rise are the only properties with a hot tub included. Pets are permitted in all properties at a charge of GBP30 per pet.

Villa Farm is 4 miles from York City Centre. Also close by is Clifton Moor Shopping Park, which has numerous shops and restaurants as well as a cinema and bowling alley. Further shopping and leisure options are available at Monks Cross + Van Garde Shopping Parks, home to LNER Community Stadium.
