We would like to welcome you to our holiday home and hope that you are able to relax and enjoy your time with family and friends during your stay. The village of Penclawdd is situated on the North Gower coast with its extensive salt marshes and dunes. It is a perfect base to explore the famous Gower beaches (some carry awards for beauty and cleanliness), Mumbles or the bustling city of Swansea and Llanelli. The Welsh Coastal path is easily accessed from the village providing a gateway to the North Gower. Our property has very recently been modernised and now benefits from a wood burner, free WIFI and SKY.

We have lived in the village of Penclawdd all our lives and take for granted the beauty it provides us. We can sit in the garden and watch the sun go down and watch the different wildfowl that fly around our estuary. We benefit from If after a long day's work you don't fancy cooking, there are many local pubs/restaurants that you can enjoy quality, reasonable priced food and beverages. However we like nothing more that to sit in the garden, enjoy a BBQ and take in the beauty we are privileged to have on our own doorstep.

This location is perfect for walking, cycling, bird watching and surfing. The Whiteford Burrows is an internationally important feeding ground for wading birds and wildfowl and this is due to having the advantage of having Penclacwydd Wildfowl Centre directly opposite on the North Coast of the estuary. Our neighbourhood is friendly, has lots of amenities within a walking distance that includes, Chemist, dentist, GP, supermarket, pubs/restaurants, cafe, chip shop and butchers.
