Set right on the Salcombe estuary, The Waterside Boathouse is a stylish studio space, perfect for couples. It features a king-size bed, cosy lounge area, dining table, and a modern en-suite shower room. Outside, enjoy your private garden with decking and BBQ — ideal for relaxing while watching the boats drift by. A cedar hot tub is available and must be pre-booked in advance for a small additional charge. You can even moor a small tender directly outside the property. Located just a 10-minute flat walk from Salcombe town centre, with its shops, restaurants, and beaches, it’s the perfect base for a peaceful waterside escape. Off-site parking is available at Creek Car Park.

After enjoying many memorable trips here ourselves, we decided to share our holiday house so others can experience everything we love about this special place. We’re big fans of boating, and one of our favourite things is being able to moor a small tender right outside the house – it makes exploring the estuary a real joy. Salcombe itself is full of charm, with fantastic shops, restaurants, and stunning coastal walks. And of course, the beaches here are simply amazing – whether you're after a peaceful cove or a fun day out with the family, there’s something for everyone. Salcombe’s beautiful harbour and estuary are perfect for boat trips, paddleboarding, or simply soaking up the scenery.
