Waverley Cottage consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with gravelled area and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Easington is a village in the unitary authority of Redcar and Cleveland and the ceremonial county of North Yorkshire, England.
