This home has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire, a ground-floor shower room, and a double sized bedroom with en-suite cloakroom and balcony. Appliances consist of an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher and hairdryer, and for entertainment, a Smart TV. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture, and off-road parking. One small well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking.
