Easy access onto M27 to Portsmouth gunwharf and historic attractions or Southampton cruise terminals & the new forest . Swanwick station 7 minute walk ,whitely offices and shopping 5 minutes by car . Warsash swanwick marina and river hamble 5 minutes away So very central for all the south coast
