Wensum House is a charming, beautifully restored 300+ year old traditional Norfolk cottage perfectly located in the small village of Drayton. The cottage has been very sympathetically updated to give a perfect balance of modern living requirements, whilst retaining all of the buildings abundant charms. The cottage lies approximately 3 miles from Norwich city centre, making it an ideal location for a city break with regular buses into the city. It is also conveniently located close to the NDR ring road making it quick and easy to access the Norfolk broads and the north Norfolk coastline with its wonderful beaches. The cottage dates back centuries and is full of character with its private off road parking, garden and delightful rear patio with BBQ for dining outside in the good weather. The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, with a large bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower all off landing upstairs, and a living room, living/dining room, laundry, WC and beautifully appointed kitchen with breakfast bar downstairs.

Drayton is a lovely suburb village just to the north of Norwich. It boasts two great pubs, Dominos pizza, a filling station and a small shop all just 100 metres from the cottage. For a more comprehensive shop, there is a Tesco supermarket about 500 metres away.
