We have been running B&Bs for over 10 years and enjoy meeting new guests and our regular guests who come back year after year. The Westcott is a relaxing Boutique Guest House for adults. We are unable to accommodate pets, infants, children under 18 years of age, stag/ hen/ wedding parties or large groups.

We have plenty of beach towels if you fancy taking a dip or sunbathing on one of Falmouth's beaches. Our complimentary breakfast gives you the perfect start to your day in Cornwall. Fruit juice, cereals, museli, yoghurt and fruit are served with a cafetiere of coffee and a selection of teas. A cracking cooked breakfast follows ranging from Cornish free-range boiled eggs & soldiers, to porridge to the ever popular full English with toast and Cornish butter. Vegan and gluten free options available.

Nestled in a superb location, you can explore Falmouth on foot from The Westcott with the seafront, Gyllyngvase Beach and the South West Coast Path just a pebble's throw away at the end of our quiet road. Falmouth town and its historic harbour is a ten minutes stroll with independent shops, boutiques, art galleries, cafes, cinema, Maritime Museum, train station, ferries and waterfront pubs and restaurants. A local supermarket is just at the end of our quiet road that sells snacks, food, newspapers, alcohol etc.
