Rose Lodge is situated on a picturesque golf course with beautiful, distant sea views. There is a public footpath alongside the golf course conveniently located for a leisurely stroll.
It is a peaceful setting with few neighbouring houses, however, the local town and shops are a mere 5 minute drive away so you have everything you need within easy reach.
Close to lots of National trust walks and beaches, as well as historical Poldark Mine is a tourist attraction near the town of Helston in Cornwall.

Property info
Wheal Rose is beautiful wooden lodge in Helston, 3 miles from Porthleven. Tastefully decorated and carefully furnished to make the most of the space available. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4 which includes a double bed and bunk beds within their own spaces. There is also a very good sized sofa bed.
The lodge is set on the grounds of a golf and football golf course and adjacent to the Wheal Dream Restaurant and Bar. Guests are welcome to use the golf/football golf facilities free of charge.
Neighborhood info
This is a truly unique space to rent whilst you explore the beautiful Cornish Coastline. Rose Lodge is close to a number of wonderful beaches, such as Porthleven, Praa Sands and Poldhu. A short 5 minute drive will bring you to the fishing village of Porthleven with wonderful restaurants, gift shops and rolling waves. Beautiful towns such as Falmouth, St Ives and Penzance are all within easy reach, as is the stunning city of Truro.
There are many beautiful walks along the coast, and inland, right on our doorstep. The closest path runs alongside the lodge so you are able to explore the local area on foot straight from the front door.
There is plenty to do for the whole family, young and old alike.
