Kitchen appliances include an electric fan oven, 4 ring electric hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a small utility to the rear with dishwasher, washing machine and separate WC. Upstairs, on the first floor there is a large king-size (5’) double room, a single (3’) bedroom and a family bathroom with double end bath and separate shower. There is another king-size (5’) bedroom on the second floor with rooftop views. Outside, the south-facing rear garden has a lawn and patio with table and chairs. Behind the rear garden there is also private parking with just enough space for two cars, a feature rarely available so close to the city centre. Wickland Cottage is perfect for a weekend break or a longer stay for business or during home improvements. LOCAL AREA: Chichester centre is an easy walk, with a range of independent and high street shops, galleries, cafes, bars and restaurants.
