im devon born and bred but love travelling and property so being a holiday let owner or sharing my own home while i travel makes great sence

fantastic sea views ,just a few feet from the north devon coast path why not bring your dog park up the car and go on foot along the miles of beautiful tracks and paths to walk on that will take you from here straight to the beach if you like .

right on the north devon coast , just a mile from appledore quay side with its little boats to take a foot ferry to instow at high tide or westward ho! beach with his famouse miles of sandy beach to bathe or to run your dog on if you go to the sandy mere end or take the kids surfing i think our beach is much better than woolicoombe and only the eastuary divide us .
