Windy Heath is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Salcombe. It comes with four bedrooms, comprising of a super-king-size ensuite bedroom, a king-size and two twins, together sleeping up to eight people and served by a family bathroom with bath and walk in shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility, a dining room and a sitting room. To the outside there is ample off-road parking and a terrace area with furniture and a heated swimming pool. Windy Heath is a superb base for a family holiday to this part of Devon. The swimming pool is open from the last May Bank holiday weekend to end September. The pool is 7m x 2m and depths are 0.9 shallow and 2m deep end. The pool and pool area will be closed between 8am and 10am every Thursday morning for maintenance. An extra call to check chemicals only will be made on Mondays (time subject to change). The BBQ will be made available on request. Please ensure it is left clean on departure. If this is not possible we will organise this for you and the charge of 100 will be deducted from the Good Housekeeping Bond There is an additional freezer in the external boiler house Strictly No Smoking
