Escape to the Woodford Suite, a peaceful retreat in the heart of the countryside. The Suite features a spacious bed/sitting room, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette, all decorated to the highest standard. The hotel-quality super-king bed can be split into two singles if needed, and there's a comfortable seating area with a sofa. Electric heating keeps things cosy on colder days and nights. We're located in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the village of Pebworth, with stunning views over farmland, fields and woodland in every direction. Pebworth was mentioned in the 11th-century Domesday Book and retains some lovely old Cotswold stone houses. The property has its own parking space and a private, secure entrance. The small fenced garden at the back offers a private gravel patio with a table and chairs. Although Woodford is next to our home, it is quite separate, ensuring you won't be disturbed. The Suite is dog-friendly; however, if you wish to bring a dog, we ask you to contact us first as we also provide dog-sitting services and some of the dogs we care for can be quite anxious around other dogs. Please note that we do not allow dogs to be left unattended in the Suite.

We're a couple with a love of theatre, so living on the doorstep of Stratford-upon-Avon and the Royal Shakespeare Company is a real joy. We also love exploring the North Cotswolds, with its excellent pubs and restaurants, and the many festivals and events held throughout the year. We're always happy to share our recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.

Pebworth sits within a designated Conservation Area, with many walks into the surrounding fields and woods. It has a lovely village green, a pub and a village hall. The village has a sporadic bus service, so guests will ideally need their own transport to get around. Honeybourne is 2 miles away and offers a substantial Co-op, an Indian restaurant/takeaway attached to The Gate pub, a fish and chip shop, the Jungle cafe and The Thatched Tavern (also providing food). It also has a train station with a direct service to Oxford and London. Excellent gastro pubs are plentiful in the local towns and villages. Honeybourne, just 2 miles away, offers: - A substantial Co-op - An Indian restaurant/takeaway attached to The Gate pub - A fish and chip shop - The Jungle café - The Thatched Tavern (also serving food) - A train station with direct services to Moreton in Marsh, Oxford and London. Excellent gastro pubs are plentiful in the surrounding towns and villages, and everything the North Cotswolds has to offer is within a 20–25 minute drive. The exclusive wedding venue Cider Mill Barns is just 2 miles away, and we're happy to offer a drop-off/pick-up service if we're around. Racing enthusiasts are also well placed, with Stratford (15 minutes), Warwick (30 minutes) and Cheltenham (35 minutes) racecourses all nearby.
