The property is a five story building for which we live on the top 3 floors - it is part of our home. There are two apartments on site which share the outside spaces including the patio, pool, gardens and hot tub. The master bedroom is equipped with a superking size bed that can be split into 2 singles. The second room accommodates 2 on a king size bed. The kitchen area comes fully equipped. Essential items to get you started are provided (toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar etc). The sitting room has two sofas of which one converts into a double sofa bed and a television. The hot tub is shared between both apartments and on a booking basis - 1 hour slots are given to allow fair use for both apartments. Booking is by what's app/text upon arrival. We prefer that dogs are not left unattended in the property.

I have been hosting for over five years and love meeting new people from around the world. You can decide to have as much or little interaction with us as you wish but will see us around the property during your stay as we live on site.

The property is located on a private road away from the town centre. There are stunning walks nearby both coastal and inland with highlights being Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands and Hartland Quay. There is plenty for young and old to do within a short distance. For the energetic there is surfing at Westward Ho! along with horse riding available. The Big Sheep is situated 2 miles away for younger children. There are plenty of local restaurants and pubs and we are happy to provide recommendations or suggestions. Many of the pubs are dog friendly.
