The house is located within 15 minutes walk into York's historic city centre. It is in a quiet location with views over green open spaces. York station is a 10 minute walk away and the famous Railway Museum only 5 minutes. The room is on the ground floor with en suite shower and toilet and is equipped with Wi Fi, Fridge and Tea and Coffee making facility. Extra fold out bed is available for a child free of charge on request. Free parking is available.
I retired in 2019 and have been hosting guests since 2018; first in London and now in my hometown of York. To date we have hosted guests from 63 different countries and enjoy meeting new people and helping them enjoy their stay.
The neighborhood is within 15 minutes walk of York city centre and is quiet with access to green open space.
