The main site here is within a popular and well-kept adult only Caravan & Motorhome Park but you’ll be staying in the lovely lodge known as Ye’ Old Lambing Shed, in a quiet location of the site overlooking the lake and spacious outdoor area. This comfy holiday let sleeps two and is all set up for adults only, with a double bed (plus bedding and towels provided), a shower room, a living room with flatscreen TV, and a kitchen with fridge, microwave and full cooker. Weather looking kind enough for alfresco drinks and meals? Just outside the lodge, your patio has a seating area and outdoor table for such times, electrical vehicle charging point available. (Stafford, five miles away, is the place to pick up the supplies for your stay, although we do have a small on site shop with fresh free-range eggs available daily. Spring Paddock is easily accessed from the A34 and a couple of miles from the M6. And once you’re here, getting out to explore the area could barely be easier, as you can simply stroll out onto the footpaths that take you out into Cannock Chase
