Двухкомнатная светлая, уютная квартира в только что сданном жилом доме. В распоряжении гостей есть все необходимое для повседневного быта и досуга. Абсолютно новая посуда любого назначения на 6 персон, спальная кровать 160х190, раскладной диван 150х200, сменное постельное белье, полотенца, махровые одеяла, пледы, сушилка, гладильная доска, утюг, фен и многое другое, всякая мелочь, которая может понадобиться в любой момент. С балкона открывается вид на горы и на море. Прямо у подъезда допоздна работает пекарня с широким ассортиментом вкусной выпечки. На первом этаже расположен "Банк Грузии". Рядом расположены супермаркеты, кафе и рестораны, круглосуточные аптеки, пункт обмена валюты и торговые точки. Батумский бульвар и пляж находятся в 4 минутах ходьбы.

Дом расположен на главной развилке улиц города, откуда легко и быстро доступны маршруты в любом направлении, а с остановки общественного транспорта проезжают маршруты в любую точку города, на вокзал, аэропорт и близлежащие курортные поселки Гонио и Квариати. Удобное месторасположение позволяет гостям в течение нескольких минут добраться до основных достопримечательностей Батуми, а также мест отдыха и развлечений. Рынок Хопа находится в 1 км. а Т.Ц.
