Located in an authentic historic , old building, it’s just 3 mins from May 26 Park and 10 mins to the Sea. Perfect for families, the yard includes a playground and stadium. Stay centrally located and close to everything! As a Superhost, I’m always ready to assist you. Experience the best of Batumi with a fresh, clean, and stylish stay.
You are most welcome to my apartment and I'm always ready to help you in any issues. pets are not welcomed. For bookings in July and August, we require a one-night advance payment to confirm the reservation
There is 24/7 markets and pharmacy around the house. Also many restaurants are located in this area. There is a Police Station on the first floor of the house, so you can feel absolutely safe and enjoy your stay here
