The entire property — including the villa, garden, and swimming pool — is exclusively for your group, with no shared areas and full privacy throughout your stay. The villa features 4 bedrooms plus an additional sleeping area, each with access to its own bathroom and kitchen. Ideal for families or groups traveling together. Outside, enjoy a landscaped garden, private pool, sun loungers, BBQ area, and outdoor dining space. Inside, the villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, TV, washing machine, and dedicated workspaces. Free private parking is available on site. Please note: due to the location near a road and close to the airport, occasional outdoor noise may be heard.
