Enjoy a peaceful stay in Batumi with full access to the 4th floor of a private house. The space is reserved for guests and offers: two bedrooms with double beds (4 guests) and a living room with a sofa for up to 2 more, plus a private kitchen and bathroom. The cozy interior has natural wood finishes and plenty of daylight. Perfect for couples, friends, or families — max 5 guests. Located in a calm neighborhood, a short ride from Batumi center.
