While we don’t serve the entire list every day, you’ll get to enjoy a rotating selection of these local favorites: Svanetian Icons: Kubdari (spicy meat-filled bread), Chvishtari (cornbread with cheese), and Tashmijabi (a famous Svan dish of creamy mashed potatoes with melted cheese). Georgian Classics: Khachapuri (cheese-filled bread), Ajapsandali (flavorful eggplant and vegetable stew), and traditional Lobio (bean stew). We are located about 15 kilometers (9 miles) from Mestia. The road to our village is comfortable and well-maintained, so reaching us is easy. If you are here for the mountains, you’ve found the perfect spot! One of the main hiking routes to Ushguli and Adishi runs right by our guesthouse. Whether you’re an experienced hiker or just looking for a beautiful walk, our location serves as the ideal starting point for exploring the natural wonders of Svaneti.
