Experience a getaway at Gantiadi Holiday House, a newly built residence near the city centre. Apartment is located on the top floor of the three independent houses, With exclusive facilities, independent bathrooms and spacious living room. Guests share only the inviting swimming pool and spacious yard. Immerse yourself in the tranquility and natural beauty just a short 700-meter walk from the beach. Our onsite restaurant offers renowned wines.The Apartment boasts a generously sized living room featuring a cozy fireplace and a large, comfortable sofa. The spacious kitchen is ideal for accommodating big families, while the balcony offers a relaxing outdoor space. With three bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom, guests enjoy ample privacy and comfort. Additionally, the apartment has its own private entrance, ensuring exclusive access for guests. As a bonus, guests can also make use of the shared swimming pool facilities.

We, along with our family, are readily available to assist guests whenever they require support or have any needs during their stay.

Our house is conveniently located near the city center at 24, III Markoz Achareli Ln. Please note that on Google Maps and Yandex Taxi, it appears under the old street name: III Kavtaradze Ln. Follow the directions up the mountain to reach number 24. Taxi fare from the city is approximately 10-15 GEL, and it's just a short 7-minute drive from the Cable Car entrance.
