This apartment is the best deal on the entire coast! The huge balcony on the 13th floor of a modern building 50 meters from the water's edge will give you an unforgettable experience. Two rooms will comfortably accommodate a family with two children. All furniture in the apartment is made to order from the Austrian environmental material Egger. This ensures the absence of any toxic secretions. The whole apartment was lovingly created for your enjoyment of the sea and sun of Georgia!

You can always agree on everything with me.

The ancient resort area provides a relaxing night's sleep. The store with everything you need is located right in the building on the ground floor. At a distance of 300 meters are grocery stores, a market, a pharmacy and restaurants. The nearest public transport stop is 20 meters from the entrance of the building. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. All taxi drivers in the city of Batumi are well aware of this modern building on the seashore.
