Cozy house 15 minutes from the center of Borjomi, surrounded by pine-covered mountains in a quiet, beautiful setting. Stunning views and large balconies where the beauty of nature meets comfort. Ground floor: spacious living room with a fireplace, open to the kitchen — ideal for family evenings, gatherings with friends, and relaxed downtime. Second floor: shared lounge area plus 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 10 across 3 separate, self-contained bedrooms (each fits 2–3 guests). Large green yard with flowers, a tree-lined path, a hammock, a swing, and a barbecue grill. Sweeping mountain views from the balconies.
