The 2-room apartment of 55 m2 is designed for a maximum of 4 guests. The sea is only a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and the park, which you can enjoy from the cozy balcony and panoramic windows of the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including basic groceries (tea, salt, sugar, vegetables). oil, etc.). The residential complex has a good infrastructure. This is the only large residential complex with a large outdoor swimming pool in Batumi, which is free of charge for apartment residents (children and adults separately). There are also three restaurants, three supermarkets, one indoor SPA pool (in the complex's hotel), ample parking, and a covered mini football field.
