Bakuriani 4Rest is a resort-style residential complex located at the foot of one of the most popular and prestigious Kokhta Mountain, beside a pine forest. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by nature, yet conveniently close to local amenities. The 25-metre ski slope is just 500 meters away, while restaurants, cafés and entertainment venues are within 500–1,000 meters. The complex is also near the Kokhta–Mitarbi ski road, offering easy access throughout Bakuriani.
