Very nice and quiet architect home. You are staying at the owners home as well as an artist run space by a charity. Room overseeing the green, the sea and the city. Very conveniently placed: theatre, cinema, beach, surfing spot, bakery to have breakfast and restauant to have your meal are within 2 to 10min walk. If you do not have a car, no worries: everything is within minutes away! This affordable rate is only for your private room and brand new bathroom. Mosquito net as well as good fan are a plus in this tropical island. Restriction hour on having your bath: from 5pm to 9am. Access toilets/WC: 24/7. Do not throw anything in the toilets ( bin provided). Stairs. No access to kitchen. Meals to be taken only on balcony or patio (first floor). Food strickly forbidden in the bedroom. Possible extra services for long term hosts depending on availibility of host and partners.
I'm from the island. Coming to this place is to get a view from an artist. If you like discovering culture otherwise, this is the place to come! Languages: French (native), English ( business) and Spanish (leisure). Note : this place is an artist hub. One of the best rated art venue since 2009. You money allows our charity organization to get revenues to, in turn, finance art projects throughout the Caribbean, such as sailing to the Grenadines (art residency at sea program).
Le Moule is by far the town on the rise! With a spectacular sea boulevard and one of the oldest historical centre, it attracks many tourists who like coming for a day or settle for 3 months! Very conveniently located, the building allows you to remain for a long period of time, without having to use a car... One of the best cinema on the island is 2 min from the building. You will sleep with the sound of the sea. Beach, surfing and very nice morning walk start here!
