Cocoonr is offering this charming bungalow for rent in Le Lamentin, complete with a jacuzzi and terrace. It measures 42 m² and can accommodate up to 3 guests. It comprises a lovely 15 m² living area, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, a beautiful air-conditioned bedroom and a shower room. You can enjoy a shared garden of around 250 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living area with a TV, sofa bed (BZ) and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - An air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fans, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A 3-person Jacuzzi, available all year round - A 250 m² shared garden and a 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
