The accommodation comprises - 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: single bed - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owner has decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - There is a small terrace at the entrance. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - There are some steps at the entrance - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
