This is a Luxury Maisonette(2 floors), about 35 m2, by the sea- one of the most beautiful and clean beaches in Chalkidiki. It is a new and amazing maisonette that is located in Tripotamos of Nikiti, a marvelous place of Sithonia- Chalkidiki. It is 15 kilometres from the center of the village Nikiti and only 5km from the center of Neos Marmaras. It is a perfect opportunity to enjoy your summer holidays swimming in one of the best sea of Mediterranean. Especially in Tripotamos, the sea water is so clean and special that you will difficulty find any other similar! The distance of the beach is not more than 20 metres!! It features a large garden and offers free parking.Fully furnished, equipped and air-conditioned, can comfortably host up to 4 people. You can find also a flat-screen TV and free access in Wi-fi Internet connection. This is your best choice in Chalkidiki! Enjoy!
