Part of the Alectrona Living, Crete complex in Platanias. A brand new one bedroom apartment in the picturesque narrow streets of the old village of Pano Platanias is ready to welcome you. Here you will find peace of mind and enjoy the infinite view of the sea from the shared pool which is located at the edge of the hill. It is close to the center of Platanias but at the same time far away from the crowds and noise of the main street. *The pool is shared among all guests. (5 apartments in total). *There is no parking available on the property, as cars are limited in the narrow streets of the old village. However, there is convenient street parking available 250 meters away at the square of Pano Platanias. *Late check out until 15:00, cost : 50% of the nightly rate upon request, depending availability. We can arrange for you (with an additional charge): Taxi transfer to/from the airport, Car rental service, Excursions & Activities in Crete. For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate infants or children under 12, as the pool has a uniform depth of 1.60 m and the layout of the property is not designed with young children in mind. For any other service, we are at your disposal.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the quiet neighbourhood of upper Platanias. It is the old village on top of the hill overlooking the area. The beach and the main street of Platanias which is full of restaurants, bars and shops is only a 10 minute walk! The main square of Platanias is just 10 minutes away from the loft and the city center of Chania is only 10 km or approximately 20 minutes away. It is very easy to go to Chania either by bus from the main square that come and go every 15', by taxi (around 20 euros) or by car.
