Villa “Mitis” ( Greek Mythology “Μήτις”) is a modern house located in a peaceful and beautiful area of “Loggos”, 1 km walking distance South from the small port of Lixouri, in the island of Kefalonia. The villa was built in 2007, outspreads in 3-floors and 250 sq. m, to accommodate two families with children, up to 8 persons in 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 WC, a fully equipped large kitchen, 2 sitting TV rooms, inside and outside dining rooms, 4 verandas and other facilities. The villa enjoys a private space of 12 acres full of olive trees and other Greek fruit trees, offering a panoramic view of Argostoli bay and the mountains of Kefalonia. The surrounding area includes, a large swimming pool (11.0 x6.0 m), sun loungers, BBQ facilities, and an open painting exhibition atelier of the owner. *Mitis in Greek Mythology was the first wife of God Zeus and mother of Goddess Athena
