Perched on the third floor of an apartment complex, the property boasts a magnificent vista, comprising a master bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and an attic with additional sleeping space and storage. Within a 20-minute drive, you'll find an array of pristine beaches waiting to be explored, while hiking and cycling enthusiasts will delight in the numerous trails offered by the nearby mountain Itamos (around 800m high). We have been awarded Booking's 'Traveller's Review Award 2025'!
Allow me to introduce myself; I'm Alexandros, originally from Thessaloniki, with fond childhood memories of Halkidiki (Sithonia). The sounds of the waves, the chorus of cicadas, and the aromas of pine trees, honey, and fresh fish are ingrained in my being. In recent years, I've developed a passion for leisurely bicycle rides in the picturesque mountain of Itamos (Dragoudeli), where nature is at its finest—a perfect recipe for relaxation. Fear not if you're not an experienced cyclist; the cycling routes cater to varying levels of difficulty. While I currently reside in Berlin, I always make time to unwind in this idyllic corner of Greece, and I hope you will too!
