Modern independent villa with amazing views of the Porto Heli gulf. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms (2 en suite). Upper floor play pool 3m X2m X1m deep, with magnificent sea and sunset views. Big garden (700m2) with grass area (150 m2). Ourdoor Bbq. Indoor and outdoor lounges. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. All home, bath and kitchen amenities, including free Wi-fi and Satellite TV. Just a few meters from the beach and at walking distance from the city centre, shops and night life.
