The traditional house Casa Maritina is situated at the entrance of the village Gennadi, which is a small, quiet, traditional village at the southeastern part of the island of Rhodes. Within a very short walking distance from the house, you can find a pizzeria, restaurants, traditional taverns, cafés, bars and shops. The post office, a cash machine (ATM), the medical center, the pharmacy, the bus station, a small playground for children, the bakery, the grocery and the fruit shop are located in just a 5-minute walk from the house. The beautiful beach of the village is only 350 meters away, where you can find sun beds, water sport facilities and restaurants. Prassonissi, a famous beach for windsurfers and kitesurfers is located 17km away from the village Gennadi. Lindos, with its traditional village and the imposing ancient Acropolis, one of the oldest in Greece, is only a 20 min drive from Gennadi village.
