The facility is located 2 kilometers from the center of the city of Chania, at a distance of less than 100m you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and more. On a two-apartment plot, Chania Dream House is fully renovated in 2024, with a communal entrance and private parking. The house is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Every detail of the house is designed for people looking for a special space to be welcome. Olive groves, garden, privacy and blessed peace are everywhere. Suitable for 6 people, this cozy space will make your stay comfortable and full of pleasant moments. The property offers a shared swimming pool. It is made of 3 bedrooms. two large comfortable and air-conditioned bedrooms with a king-size bed, wardrobe, TV and one more with two single beds, wardrobe, air-conditioning and TV.There is a large modern bathroom with a washing machine, an even smaller wc, a large living room,dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, espresso machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
