Spacious modern residences of 130sq m each, located 4km west of Chania, 500m (10m minutes on foot) away from the beach. Built in 2023, there are 3 residences, each with a 40sq m private swimming pool and a hydro massage. Rooms are located on the 1st floor, ground floor and basement. Each residence consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 bedroom/couch, 3 bathrooms, a living room, an outdoor lounge dining space and a large swimming pool.
George and Peter are brothers, being associated with the Tourist Business for years here in Crete, that manage these Luxurious Residences in the beautiful area of Agii Apostoloi just outside of Chania. George has studied History and International Relations in Great Britain where he got his Masters Degrees and worked at the Marriot Hotels in London and Peter studied Business in the United States. Both were many years abroad, and now they bring their experience on the tourist local business providing our guests the best possible one in a lifetime experiences on our beautiful island!
The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful inhabited mostly by families. Within 200m there are restaurants, mini markets, cafes, bookstore, pharmacy and bus stops to Chania. 500m away there are three amazing bays and beaches, two super markets (Lidl and Synka).
